IP Holders and Creators

Why is REMICAAT for you?

Many intellectual properties carry more potential than their current visibility suggests. Stories often remain tied to their original format, audience, or market, even when they could evolve into something else. Not because the potential is not there, but because the path to reach new partners, formats, or territories is not always clear.

REMICAAT is being developed to explore that gap.
The project examines a broad range of narrative IP, from publishing and audiovisual media to music, archives, and hybrid formats. The intention is to help bring these properties into a context where their adaptation potential can be more easily identified and understood. Rather than acting as a simple showcase,
REMICAAT is designed to support:

  • Stronger visibility across sectors and markets
  • New ways of positioning IP beyond its original medium
  • Clearer pathways toward licensing and development opportunities
  • Connections with buyers and producers working across different formats

Particular attention is given to multilingual, regional, and under
represented material. Many culturally rich works remain difficult to access internationally, despite their relevance and originality. The project aims to contribute to a more open and structured ecosystem, where these stories can find new forms and new audiences.
